Ian Sargison qualified as a Licensee Real Estate Agent in 1993. His background includes; 

• State Manager of GKN Stenor Kewdale, followed by a finance broking role, with Dominion Leasing and Finance during the latter part of the 1980’s.
• Broad experience in Residential and Commercial property sales, including residential property management. 
• Residential Sales for The Professionals, Century 21, D.M. Breen Realty, and owner Licensee of Penthouse Realty.
• Business Broking [20yrs] – Director Licensee of Perth Business Brokers Pty Ltd, Senior Associate Business Broker with White Partners, Subiaco[7yrs] and with Business Mergers and Sales, East Perth [7yrs].
• Sales of a variety of small, medium, and significant privately owned businesses, including associated properties.
• A significant background with a plethora of successful sales and settlements of hospitality businesses. 
• A focus to sell well documented businesses, especially those with significant sales, workable tenure arrangements, and profitable trading history.
• Focus upon Business Assessments and Appraisal, including how and when to sell. Importantly a keen dedication on how to optimize “Return on Investment” when divesting. 
• Operating under [REBA] Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 (W.A.), upholding the “Code of Conduct”, and REIWA’s Code of Ethics, so parties feel confident and respected, regardless of outcome of their “Due Diligence”.
