Paul is a highly regarded professional with over forty years experience in the real estate industry.
Paul started his career as a keen 21 year old under the guidance of industry stalwarts Ron Farris and later Paul Druitt, after a period with the then Department of Lands & Surveys, now Landgate.
With his family already in the industry and the experience gained in sales and management it was only natural that Paul would desire to run his own business.
That opportunity came in 1988, when he joined his brother Don and established Eftos Estates, in Leederville. Over the intervening years Eftos Estates established itself as a well-respected boutique agency dealing mainly in inner city commercial and retail property, and provider of quality property consultancy services in the areas of land acquisition, property valuations, and supporting many mixed use development projects in and around Perth.
At the end of 2025, after 37 years, Eftos Estates closed its doors. This did not end Paul’s passion for all things real estate, and as a result Paul has joined AGORA Property Group, as a senior property consultant.
Paul has a broad and detailed knowledge of the Perth real estate market and coupled with his customer-first approach is keen to continue assisting his large client base and new clients in meeting their real estate and property needs.
